Concentrix reported total carbon emissions of approximately 496,889,000 kg CO2e in 2024. This figure includes 6,348,000 kg CO2e from Scope 1 emissions, 123,003,000 kg CO2e from market-based Scope 2 emissions, and 367,537,000 kg CO2e from Scope 3 emissions. For comparison, in 2023, their total emissions were about 627,388,310 kg CO2e, including 10,708,220 kg CO2e from Scope 1 and 149,364,730 kg CO2e from market-based Scope 2.

Concentrix has set ambitious climate commitments. They aim to reduce their absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 46.2% by FY2030, using a FY2019 baseline. Furthermore, they also commit to reducing their absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions by 46.2% within the same timeframe. These near-term targets have been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and are consistent with reductions required to keep warming to 1.5°C. For the long term, Concentrix is committed to achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across their entire value chain by FY2050, with specific targets to reduce absolute Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG emissions by 90.0% by FY2050 from a FY2019 base year.
