Earlier targets, approved by SBTi, included reducing absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 46% by FY2030 from a FY2017 base year, and absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions by 20% by FY2030 from a FY2019 base year. Another set of targets commits to reducing absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 42% by 2030 from a 2021 base year, with a 25% reduction in absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions from purchased goods and services and use of sold products within the same timeframe.

The company has also set internal document-based targets, aiming to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from business activities (Scope 1 & Scope 2) by at least 42% compared to FY2021 by 2030. Furthermore, there is a long-term target to reduce CO2 emissions by at least 50% by 2050, referencing IPCC AR5.
