For 2021, their Scope 1 and 2 emissions were approximately 6,725,000 kg CO2e, a reduction from approximately 8,871,000 kg CO2e in 2020 and 12,139,000 kg CO2e in 2019. In 2018, Scope 1 emissions were approximately 2,520,000 kg CO2e and market-based Scope 2 emissions were approximately 9,681,000 kg CO2e, leading to a combined market-based Scope 1 and 2 total of approximately 12,139,000 kg CO2e. In 2017, Scope 1 emissions were about 2,256,000 kg CO2e and market-based Scope 2 emissions were around 10,486,000 kg CO2e. For 2016, market-based Scope 2 emissions were approximately 10,040,000 kg CO2e.

Korn Ferry has committed to reducing their Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions for their global offices by 30% by 2025, compared to 2019 levels. As of April 2024, Korn Ferry's near-term targets are committed with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
