Reside

Reside's carbon emissions in 2025 were approximately 6.4 billion kg CO2e. This includes about 17.86 million kg CO2e from Scope 1, approximately 46.17 million kg CO2e from Scope 2 (market-based), and around 6.34 billion kg CO2e from Scope 3 emissions. Key contributors to Scope 3 emissions in 2025 included purchased goods and services (approximately 574.3 million kg CO2e), capital goods (approximately 9.61 million kg CO2e), and upstream transportation and distribution (approximately 111.32 million kg CO2e).

In 2024, Reside's Scope 1 emissions were approximately 18.01 million kg CO2e, Scope 2 (market-based) emissions were about 40.46 million kg CO2e, and Scope 3 emissions were approximately 766.23 million kg CO2e. For 2023, Scope 1 emissions were around 18.52 million kg CO2e, and Scope 2 (market-based) emissions were about 46.66 million kg CO2e. In 2022, Reside reported Scope 1 emissions of approximately 20.12 million kg CO2e and Scope 2 (market-based) emissions of about 51.86 million kg CO2e, with no Scope 3 data available for that year.

Reside has set several climate commitments:

• An absolute reduction target of 50% for Scope 1 emissions by 2035, using a 2022 baseline year.
• An absolute reduction target of 50% for Scope 2 emissions by 2035, also using a 2022 baseline year.
• A near-term absolute reduction target of 20% for Scope 1 emissions by 2025, using a 2019 baseline year.
• A near-term absolute reduction target of 20% for Scope 2 emissions by 2025, using a 2019 baseline year.
