• A 50% absolute reduction in Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 2030, using 2021 as the base year.
• A 25% absolute reduction in Scope 3 GHG emissions from purchased goods and services, capital goods, upstream transportation and distribution, and downstream transportation and distribution by 2030, also from a 2021 base year.

For long-term targets by 2050 (from a 2021 base year), Stena Recycling Group aims for a 90% absolute reduction in Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions, and a 90% absolute reduction in Scope 3 GHG emissions. These targets include biogenic land-related emissions and removals from bioenergy feedstocks.
