Goodwe

Goodwe, a Chinese company in the Electricity by solar photovoltaic industry, reported total Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions of approximately 1.54 billion kg CO2e in 2025. This included about 2.21 million kg CO2e from Scope 1 emissions and approximately 34.22 million kg CO2e from Scope 2 emissions (location-based). Scope 3 emissions, which primarily include the use of sold products, were around 1.5 billion kg CO2e in 2025.

In 2024, Goodwe's total Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions were approximately 3.73 billion kg CO2e. This comprised about 1.52 million kg CO2e from Scope 1 emissions, around 24.21 million kg CO2e from Scope 2 emissions (location-based), and roughly 3.7 billion kg CO2e from Scope 3 emissions, with the use of sold products accounting for approximately 3.58 billion kg CO2e.

For previous years, Goodwe reported only Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions:

• In 2022, combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions were approximately 8.82 million kg CO2e, consisting of about 527,000 kg CO2e from Scope 1 and roughly 8.29 million kg CO2e from Scope 2.
• In 2021, combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions were approximately 8.91 million kg CO2e, with about 397,000 kg CO2e from Scope 1 and roughly 8.52 million kg CO2e from Scope 2.

Goodwe is committed to climate action and has set a near-term target with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), which is currently classified as "Committed." This commitment was made by GoodWe Technologies Co., Ltd. itself, with no cascaded data from a parent organisation.
