O9 Solutions, a US-based computer and related services company, reported Scope 2 market-based emissions of about 10,860 kg CO2e and Scope 3 emissions of approximately 15,390,300 kg CO2e in 2024. In the previous year, 2023, their Scope 2 market-based emissions were 274,000 kg CO2e and Scope 3 emissions were 11,430,000 kg CO2e. O9 Solutions has not reported any Scope 1 emissions data.

The company has set ambitious climate commitments validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). O9 Solutions commits to reaching net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across its value chain by 2040, using a 2022 base year. As part of its near-term targets, O9 Solutions aims to reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 50% by 2030 from a 2022 base year. They also commit that 90% of their suppliers, by emissions covering purchased goods and services, will set science-based targets by 2028. For long-term targets, O9 Solutions commits to reducing absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 90% by 2040 from a 2022 base year, and to reduce absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions by 90% within the same timeframe. O9 Solutions is also a signatory to The Climate Pledge, which they signed in November 2022.
