For 2023, O9 Solutions's reported Scope 2 market-based emissions were 274,000 kg CO2e and Scope 3 emissions totalled 11,430,000 kg CO2e. In 2022, Scope 2 market-based emissions were 224,000 kg CO2e, with Scope 3 emissions reaching 11,015,000 kg CO2e. The company reported Scope 2 purchased electricity emissions of 236,000 kg CO2e in 2021.

O9 Solutions has set Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) approved targets. The company commits to reach net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across its value chain by 2040 from a 2022 base year. Near-term targets include a 50% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 2030 from a 2022 base year. They also aim for 90% of their suppliers by emissions covering purchased goods and services to set science-based targets by 2028. Long-term targets include a 90% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 2040, and a 90% reduction in absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions within the same timeframe, all from a 2022 base year.
