PageGroup's latest disclosed carbon emissions data for 2025 shows a total of approximately 45.3 million kg CO2e. This figure is comprised of approximately 1.3 million kg CO2e from Scope 1 emissions, approximately 43,000 kg CO2e from Scope 2, and approximately 43.7 million kg CO2e from Scope 3.

In 2024, the company reported total emissions of approximately 54 million kg CO2e, with Scope 1 emissions at about 1.6 million kg CO2e, Scope 2 at about 50,000 kg CO2e, and Scope 3 at approximately 52.1 million kg CO2e.

PageGroup has established several climate commitments and reduction targets. They aim for net-zero operations by 2026, which involves reducing Scope 1 and 2 emissions as close to zero as possible and using offsets for any remaining emissions. Furthermore, PageGroup has committed to reducing absolute Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 60% by 2030, based on a 2022 baseline. They also aim for a 25% reduction in absolute Scope 3 emissions from purchased goods and services and business travel by 2030, also from a 2022 baseline. Looking further ahead, PageGroup has a long-term target to achieve a 95% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 2050, and a 90% reduction in absolute Scope 3 emissions within the same timeframe, both from a 2022 baseline year. Ultimately, PageGroup commits to reaching net-zero across its full value chain by 2050.
