• Introducing high-efficiency condensing boilers and upgrading heating systems, with a target to use heat pumps which could lead to a reduction of around 9,000 MWh in gas consumption, equating to over 1,000 tonnes of CO2e savings.

The company acknowledges the challenge of finalising building changes within the required timescales but is dedicated to making carbon-neutral modifications and adjustments where refurbishment is not feasible. They are also looking to include additional benchmarks and updates on new developments in future reporting to enhance their sustainability approach.
