DitchCarbon keeps the source documents behind an organisation's emissions, each with its year and whether Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 were assured in that document.

Every document is listed with its year and three assurance columns, one per scope, so you can tell at a glance whether a figure was third-party assured, disclosed without assurance, or neither. Annual reports, CDP questionnaires and product footprints all sit together.
Provenance is the first thing an auditor asks for and the last thing most systems can produce. Holding the documents themselves, rather than a citation, is what makes a figure checkable.
The per-scope assurance columns are the part that changes a conversation. An organisation whose Scope 1 and 2 were assured but whose Scope 3 was not is the common case, and flattening that into one assured label would misrepresent it.
The library holds what organisations actually publish, which includes the same report in several languages, restated versions of the same year, and product level reports with no year attached. All of it is kept rather than deduplicated into a tidier but less complete set.
Every figure carries its source and change history, so the path from a reported total to the document behind it is a link rather than a request.
